New to Yacy, Help With Setup

Just set up a Yacy instance and I have a couple of questions

  1. The data I need is scattered in around 20 government, NGO and intergovernmental authorities (East Africa). I need to index those websites using my Yacy instance so that I can extract the data. How can I set up several instances to do so (on Google Cloud ironically) to do so without adding the data to the Freeworld?

  2. Is is possible to merge the data (after I find what I need) with the rest of the Freeworld?

  3. My instance seems to die after around 5 minutes. Any Idea what I could be doing wrong?

  4. What would be the minimum server specs to run Yacy

At the moment, what I am looking for (Locust Infestation Data in Eastafrica) hasn’t been indexed in Yacy and Google keeps sending me the same websites

Look for error messages in DATA/LOG/yacy00.log.
