YaCy dmg on OSX El Capitan - No mountable file systems

I cannot install due to the dmg file not working.
When I try to open it i get “No mountable file systems”
Cant you provide a direct link to the app file instead?
or just zip it?
or else provide instructions to install using the Terminal from the tar gz files? Is that possible on Mac?

I GOT IT WORKING!
Ok here’s the “missing instructions” on how to install YaCy on Mac OSX:

  1. Download the Linux: Generic Tarball
    http://latest.yacy.net/yacy_v1.922_20191013_9964.tar.gz
  2. Unpack it.
  3. Put the Yacy folder into your Home folder.
  4. Open Terminal
  5. type:
    cd yacy
    ./startYACY.sh

Then go to:

http://localhost:8090/index.html
